About GLP1NutritionLab

Independent meal delivery reviews and nutrition guidance for people on GLP-1 medications.

Why This Site Exists

If you're on Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Zepbound, you already know the marketing problem: the internet is full of meal plans that assume you have a normal appetite, normal energy, and a functioning sense of taste. The reality on a semaglutide or tirzepatide titration week is often the opposite — food aversion, queasy afternoons, the smell of chicken suddenly being unbearable, and a 200-calorie dinner that feels like a Thanksgiving plate.

GLP1NutritionLab reviews meal delivery services, protein sources, and pantry staples specifically from inside that experience. We are not a weight-loss brand and not prescribers. We are writers and testers who eat these meals on active GLP-1 therapy and judge them by whether they actually get finished on a nauseous Tuesday.

The priority is adherence, not optimization. A "perfect" 40g-protein meal that sits untouched because it smells wrong is worse than a 28g meal you can actually finish. We evaluate accordingly.

How We Evaluate a Meal Service for GLP-1 Life

What We Can't Do

We can't dose your medication, flag drug interactions, or replace the registered dietitian most GLP-1 programs now include. If you're experiencing severe nausea, muscle loss, or nutrient deficiencies, that's a conversation with your prescriber and (ideally) an RD who specializes in GLP-1 therapy — not a review site.

We also can't promise that a meal one of us tolerates will sit well with you. Side-effect profiles vary by dose, by individual, and by week of the titration cycle. Treat our notes as a starting point for your own trial, not a prescription.

Affiliate Disclosure

GLP1NutritionLab earns commissions through affiliate partnerships with some of the services we review. This means we may earn a small commission if you purchase through our links, at no additional cost to you.

This never influences our reviews or rankings. We recommend products based on nutritional analysis and GLP-1 compatibility — not commission rates. We regularly recommend products that don't have affiliate programs, and we've declined partnerships with services that don't meet our standards.
